Town's Czech target is reported to be Sparta Prague central defender Jan Simunek. Chief scout Steve McCall and first team coach Bryan Klug made a trip to the Czech capital on Monday, earlier than was suggested by previous reports. |

Town winger Jaime Peters has been handed the number seven shirt in Canada's squad for the FIFA U20 World Cup which was announced earlier today. Peters is one of six ambassadors hosts Canada have named for the tournament, the largest single sport event in Canadian history. |

Cult Publishing have launched a petition to have Town legend Kevin Beattie presented with a 1981 UEFA Cup winner's medal. Beattie missed both legs of the final against AZ Alkmaar after breaking his arm in the FA Cup semi-final against Manchester City, but played and scored in earlier rounds. |
